I've woken up with a painful, cotton wool head so my memory is gonna be shot all day.
I've remembered that it's Wednesday so I've started off the weekly scan after taking my blood pressure and popping my 11 morning pills, including my two happy pills. I've also sorted out my undies bag so won't need to get stressed out about not having any clean knickers until my carer decides that she knows best and messes up my organisation again. It's only happened two or three times since my last laundry wash last week which I'm grateful for though.
Time to publish this and get today's to-do list together now me-thinks.
