Lunch today is the last warm weather meal of a mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup and, like with my breakfasts a week ago, tomorrow starts the warm weather lunches too.
The photo is almost an hour late and my carer could turn up at any time now, so I'll attempt to get this photo posted before she arrives.
