I wasn't going to have any breakfast this morning because I felt too sick, but the can of ginger beer significantly helped, so I had my breakfast of 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and 'Buttery' spread with a 300ml bottle of orange juice.
Lunch, when I've published this, is another 6 iced mince pies and a 500ml glass of water.
