I've just finished changing the bedding by myself again and I completed the whole lot in 26 minutes... 19 minutes of which were changing the duvet cover! Considering it took me just under an hour last time, I've totally smashed it today!
I've put the sheet on the wrong way around today, but it'll have to do for the next couple of weeks and that's OK by me.
The way I eventually managed to get the duvet into the cover was to have the cover the right way around (as opposed to inside out), put the two bottom corners into the appropriate bits of the cover, then slowly and carefully bunch up the cover in the gap between my thumb and index finger, take the appropriate top side of the duvet and put it into the top corner, same on the other side, shake it all out and it's done!
The first 12 minutes of the time was turning the duvet cover inside out and trying to do it like my carers did it, but that didn't work for me for some reason. I asked Gaia for her support, did it my way et voila!
