I had a highly stressful and anxious morning at about 5am but I'm still proud of myself for managing to change the lightbulb in almost blackness with just the hall light behind me and everywhere else was pitch black.
I've got 4 deliveries due from Amazon tomorrow and one from OddBox overnight tonight and I'm supposed to change the bedding tomorrow, but my arm is still sore so I'm not gonna risk it. I've got a massager that I'll try and use on it to see if that helps though. Gotta remember to weigh myself after I've had my breakfast too.
I've taken my evening Visible reading and popped my last two pills of the week so I'm gonna crawl upstairs and into bed, hoping that I'll zonk out as soon as my head hits the pillow.
