For my first meal of the day, I finished off the loaf of 'Toastie' bread with approx 20g 'Buttery' spread and a freshly-decanted 250ml bottle of a supermarket own brand Tropical juice.
I've also got a me-friendly (decaff and dairy-free) creamy mocha on the go now too, but there's no photo of that.
