Like with most Mondays, you can see what I had for my Sunday lunch because it's usually leftovers. Today, that was 2 servings of a vegetarian family roast, 1 serving of crispy (roast) potatoes cooked in approx 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and 1 can of a Sparkling Mango pop (it's usually caffeine-free cola on a Sunday).
