I'm relieved that I didn't have any proper breakfast this morning other than a bar of chocolate and mug of drinking chocolate because my lunch has just nicely filled me up without making me bloated.
Today's lunch was 2 (aka 50g) "no-fish fingers" and the first mouthful was very strong, but I haven't had fish fingers since childhood so maybe my tastebuds were expecting something milder? I was used to the flavour by the second mouthful and I had 2 hash browns and approx 10g of Vegan Mayo, all washed down with a 330ml can of Sparkling Mango pop.
