Today's breakfasts signal the start of a week with just 3 meals and no snacking.
I started off with a 500ml glass of water to take my first 10 pills of the week with, then my first solid meal of the week was 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast, approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
