Today (23rd March 2026) I'm grateful for...

...getting through an entire day without snacking, which is a big achievement on its own for me, but I haven't even so much as sniffed chocolate, let alone eaten or drunk it today which is a huuuuuuuuuge achievement for me as I'm addicted to chocolate!


I'm gonna let myself have drinking chocolates tomorrow, but I wanna see if I can get through a second day without snacking too.


I know these may sound like tiny things to you, but I comfort eat through loneliness which I really wanna break and only eat when I'm hungry as opposed to when I'm bored or lonely.  Today has proved to me that I can do it, I've just gotta keep on keeping on until I've broken the comfort eating habit.
