Today's breakfast came in two parts again - the first was my usual 500ml glass of water to take my morning pills with and my second, official, breakfast was my usual two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly-decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice. I've also discovered, this morning, that to get the perfect level of colour for me, I need to put the frozen bread in for the maximum time and choose the 'defrost' button, which is what I've been doing so far, but then when the toast pops up, I need to turn it around and put it in at the lowest setting which I hadn't done before this morning.
