...not to snack.
I'll still have hot choccies but that's it, nothing solid outside of my three main meals.
It'll be hard, especially in the mornings, but I've gotta get out of the habit of comfort eating.
I've got chocolate, Pringles and toasted corn to tempt me, but I've gotta be strong and only eat at meal-times.
I'm also gonna put each week's menu's up here and make a more determined effort to stick to them.
I'll put up next week's menu after this and I'm gonna do everything I can to stick to it.
