I discovered my new favourite pop for elevenses and unsurprisingly, having 2 litres of a fizzy drink in about an hour really fills you up lol
For today's lunch, I decided to go with a picky lunch and had toasted corn, 2x80g bags of apple and grapes and a 550ml mug of decaff instant coffee.
