Cor lummy I'm stuffed lol It's my own fault for having a litre of high protein chocolate soya milk about half an hour before I made it though lol
I think I got today's lunch pretty much spot on and the veggies weren't a block of ice when I put them into the air fryer, which was even better.
Today's lunch was 80g of Sweet Potato fries, 125g of mixed veg (which I'll be buying again, each week, now that I've discovered some that are more than just a block of ice and a few veggies) and a 330ml can of a Sparkling Guava pop.
