I've had a productive day so far this morning 'cos I woke up, went for an emergency wee, took my blood pressure, went for another emergency wee, made my breakfast (a glass of water), popped my morning pills and went for one last emergency wee before setting the weekly virus scan off then going to get washed and changed. The virus scan is at 99% now, so it's almost done and dusted. It's just finished and I'm clear of nasties, so backups time now.
