Well, last night's storm was short and sharp and had finished by the time I took my pills lol
So far this morning, I've taken my Visible reading which gave me a score of 4 this morning, took my blood pressure which was low even for me, been for 4 wee's, popped my first 9 pills of the week, had my breakfast and weighed myself (I've put on a kilo in the last week), then booted up the laptop and ran the virus scan which was still clear.
I'm in too much pain to change the bedding again today and my weight means doing 2 sets of laps and exercises a day as long as my Visible reading is OK each morning.
This first blog post of the day is getting a bit long so I'm gonna get today's breakfast photo up, then my to-do list and see how I feel after that, but maybe an early start on my laps and exercises or should I wait until I've brought the recycling in?
