Just finished today's course that was supposed to take 3-4 hours, but actually took double that.
It's finished now though, and I've got a medical appointment tomorrow morning so I'm just gonna take things as they come and try not to get too het up about things.
I've taken my last pills of the day, so I'm gonna publish this then check my emails and head to bed for the night.
