I was awake before 4am this morning so got less than 8 hours sleep so it's no wonder that I'm absolutely poopey-dooped right now really.
I've taken my first blood pressure reading of the day, popped my morning pills and refilled the bottle with squash, all while the virus scan was running, so I'm just waiting for my last carer of the day to arrive now.
Time to get my day's to-do list put together and up on here now methinks.
