I can't remember what I've done today, but it feels like it's been a very long and exhausting day, so I've taken my last four pills of the day (the supplement that doesn't have any affect on me at all, the pill that I forgot to take this morning plus my usual two nightly ones) and I'm heading to bed, bang on time.
I'll see you all in the morning when I'm expecting another 3 deliveries.
