For today's only solid meal (breakfast was an experiment that went seriously wrong lol) I had 6 iced mince pies and a 500ml glass of water, made entirely by me (other than filling the glass with water, which I did as soon as she arrived), 45 minutes before my carer arrived then got side-tracked with something or other and completely forgot to put the photo up!
