I didn't wake up until 5am this morning, so I'm already an hour behind with everything and the day has barely started yet!
I've popped my morning pills with my morning glass of water after taking my first blood pressure reading of the day which was in the normal range for most people but high for me.
My FitBit is finishing getting charged, so hopefully it'll be finished by the time my carer gets here.
I'm really itchy this morning and I haven't got a clue why!
This blog post is way too long, so I'm gonna publish it and hopefully get today's to-do list up before my carer gets here.
