Today's lunch, when my carer gets here, will be a box of 6 mince pies and a 500ml glass of water that's all ready and waiting to be filled, brought in and eaten.
I took the photo at 10.14am so my carer can't say that she made it today 'cos I've got timed photographic proof otherwise, other than filling the glass with water while my carer signs in and puts her PPE on.
