Mornin' all

I've been awake since 12.07am so I've already taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, got washed and dressed, run the daily virus scan and cancelled today's carers but I bet they will still turn up lol

I've decided to email the council and copy the care agency in on it to see what really should be happening and if it's the council or the care agency who are lying because they have both told me two totally different things.

Gonna email the council then try and remember to get today's to-do list together while I'm charging up my FitBit.
