I run a weekly virus scan and backups on a Wednesday and my external hard drive was still on the floor and doing the backups when I'd finished getting washed and dressed with my carer so I couldn't have my usual breakfast because there was nowhere to put my laptop. I had a 500ml bottle of salted caramel Huel instead.
My lunch, when my carer gets here, will just need the kettle to be boiled to make the mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup while my carer sits, relaxes, recovers and prepares for the rest of the day.
