Fourth update to today's to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Use blood pressure machine while my laptop is booting up
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Pull switch on in bathroom
  • Get undressed
  • Have bath
  • Pull switch off
  • Get dressed
  • Bring delivery in
  • Put delivery away
  • Get sponsorship for MacMillan - my postie said that he was going to sponsor me even though he barely knows me!!
  • Get sponsorship for LPT
  • Keep checking FB about languages
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Take bread out of the freezer
  • Make breakfast
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Do morning laps??
  • Come up with blurb for book - Rob is going to help me
  • Do the news - as of now, I've stopped doing the news
  • Make lunch of box of a mug of instant soup
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room to drink
  • Have lunch of a box of a mug of instant soup
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do washing up
  • Do afternoon laps??
  • Arrange for my brother to collect the heirlooms - we're narrowing it down slowly now... ideally in the first half term of 2025
  • Get handwriting decoded
  • Finish editing JanNo manuscript
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • As well as the snacks in the tubs on the side
  • And chocolate raisins in the fridge
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread too
  • There's 2 packets of broken biscuits too
  • As well as vegan Fruit Pastilles on the side
  • Keep checking Freegle to see if anyone wants anything

  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
