I didn't want to get out of bed again this morning, but I obviously did lol
I've taken my blood pressure which was a normal reading for me, popped my morning pills with my now-normal glass of water and run the daily virus scan which was still clear so I'm just waiting for my morning carer (the last of the week) now.
Depending on what time my carer gets here and leaves decides what (if anything) I have for breakfast. If she arrives before 7.30am then I'll be able to have breakfast and do my laps but if she doesn't get here before 7.30am then I'll just do my laps and not have any breakfast.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
