Today I'm grateful for...

...being on top of my to-do list already today.


I'm also on track for hitting my minimum liquid intake.


I'm also seriously over my day's calorie count which will make up for being under on Wednesday or Thursday which will hopefully mean I haven't lost too much weight on weigh-in day which will mean that I can re-start my laps again.


I also had a gloriously hot, lavendar-scented, bubble bath ready for tomorrow and I've just taken four slices of fruit bread out of the freezer for a snack that I'll have in about 10 minutes.


All in all a good day so far!
