Well, according to my FitBit I had a rough night and woke up before 4am so I'm obviously nervous about the side effects of today's jab.
I was desperate for a wee as soon as I woke up then forgot to take my Visible reading when I went back upstairs but I've taken that and my blood pressure reading now. I've also got washed and changed, popped my morning pills and had my breakfast, so I'm all set for the day now. The virus scan was still clear and I'll be putting 3 meal photos up before I forget, so I'll do that now while I remember.
