I've had a productive morning, but my arm is back to being agony whenever I move it, so I'll only be drinking today. I've managed to get washed and changed while in agony from my arm so it's looking like it'll be a painful day of barely using it again.
My Visible score is 3 out of 5 again and my blood pressure was 108 so that's pretty good for me.
I'm giving both of my FitBits and both phones some emergency juice before I do my only set of laps today.
The daily virus scan found an advanced issue so I haven't got a clue what that is and why it didn't find it yesterday!
I can't wait or my best friend to get here today, I just dunno what time that'll be yet. I bet my delivery will turn up while he's here lol
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
