I had to dash for another emergency wee at midnight so I'm still knackered this morning and my personal phone died on me overnight so that's getting some emergency juice now but I had to delay taking my first Visible reading of the day.
My blood pressure was back down to my normal again and my 9 morning pills all went down OK. I'm not gonna get washed and changed today 'cos my arm is killing me and I'm having my weekly bath tomorrow.
I remembered to refill my squash bottle, so I'm all sorted for a few days now.
I'm not hungry yet, so I'll delay that too and just have a drinking chocolate to warm me up a bit.
The daily virus scan was clear for the first time in a long time, so that's reassuring.
Time to get today's to-do list together methinks.
