Gotta remember that bathtime is at 5.01am 'cos I pulled the water heating switch on at 4.01am.
My blood pressure was at the top end of my normal range and my pills all went down fine, so I'm just waiting for the water to heat up now. Gonna have my breakfast and do my laps when I get out of the bath I reckon.
My Visible reading was 5 out of 5 today for one of the first times since I've been using it, so hopefully that means I'll have a good day today.
The daily virus scan was still reassuringly clear so I can use my laptop safely today.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
