I've woken up stiff and sore and the living room light has gone too, so I've gotta attempt to change it myself, which I'm really not looking forward to.
My blood pressure was normal (but it's bound to be higher now lol), my Visible score for today is 3 out of 5, I've got washed and changed and had my breakfast. The virus scan was reassuringly clear, so that's a positive and I'm gonna get today's to-do list together before I start reading and reviewing the rest of the book.
