I've gotta be a good girl today and just have my three meals without snacking so that I can prove to myself that I can actually do it. I've just about resisted twice so far this morning.
Today's breakfast was my usual two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast, approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a 250ml bottle of freshly-decanted Tropical juice.
