So much for not snacking again today - I had 150g of chocolate covered peanuts and raisins for a mid-morning snack because I just couldn't resist lol
My lunch was a "no sausage and beans melt" with three hash browns and approx 10g of Vegan Mayo all washed down with a 330ml can of Sparkling Mango pop. There's one more can left ready for tomorrow and I need to invest in some new kitchen scissors 'cos the ones I've got are completely blunt and could even start opening the bag of hash today!
Just bought some scissors, a blade sharpener and some air fryer liners ready for the veggies that I'm hoping to buy on Tuesday.
