...and this is a huuge deal for me, I'm grateful for not snacking or even having a drinking chocolate today! There have been several times when it's been a struggle and I'm hungry now, but it's bedtime so I've officially gone the whole day without snacking or chocolate!
I'm also grateful for getting my Council Tax bill paid for another year and putting so much fruit and veg into my body too! It'll be the same again tomorrow and I'm gonna attempt to go for a second day without snacking.
I'm grateful that I've been able to successfully use the air fryer to cook veggies, I just need to use less oil and put the liner in without food on it tomorrow. I'm thinking that as long as this week goes OK with air-frying the veggies, I'll try to add in hash browns or vegan sausages or whatever too, so that I can finally eat a "proper meal" but I'm taking things very slowly and not rushing things too soon otherwise my stomach could reject it.
I'm grateful, in a major way, for being 1,100 calories under budget today, according to my FitBit.
I'm grateful that I've finally decanted the chocolates into the tub and there's still half a box left waiting to be decanted, so I don't think I'll need to buy any more chocolate for a while now lol
I feel like I've achieved a pretty decent amount today, even though I had a late start to this morning and I'm proud of myself for everything I've achieved.
