My lunch, like my breakfast, came in two parts - started off with the last four Veggie Fingers in the box, the last three Battered Onion Rings in the pack, approx 10g of Vegan Mayo all washed down with a 330ml can of Sparkling Passion[fruit] pop again. Today's pud was two 80g packs apple and grapes so I hope I've had my 5 portions of fruit and veg again today.
According to my menu, my last (or penultimate if I have any tea) meal of the week tomorrow is a new bag of onion rings and the first of two bags of sweet potato fries, which is something I haven't had for several years so it'll be interesting to see how my stomach copes with it tomorrow! On Monday I'll be adding mixed veg to the sweet potato fries, which is something I haven't had for even longer, so I hope my body's ready for the next new things introduction now that it's used to solids again!
