...sent a bank statement for proof of my address to the council for my Blue Badge application and checked if it's acceptable for voting and tax purposes - it is for voting, but not for tax but I've got a citizen/PASS card which is, so as long as I get my Blue Badge renewed, I don't need either a provisional driving license or passport for photo ID 'cos I'll already have (assuming the Blue Badge application is accepted again) two forms of photo ID that I can use, so I don't need to get so worried any more now.
