Yesterday's Visible score of 5 couldn't last 'cos I've gone to the other end of the scale this morning and I'm at a 2 today.
I've taken my blood pressure (108), popped my 11 morning pills and had my breakfast of 8 bananas because they were getting very spotty so wouldn't have lasted another day and I'm now feeling very sick.
I've got a delivery due between 7am and 1pm and an Olio-er is coming to pick up her eggs at 8am then I can spend the rest of the day deleting the photos that I started doing yesterday late afternoon.
The daily virus scan was still reassuringly clear, so that's a relief and it's time to get today's to-do list together while my emails are downloading.
