Mornin' all

Well, I managed almost 9.5 hours of sleep according to my FitBit but it doesn't feel like I've slept a wink!


I've already taken my blood pressure (gotta remember to put the photos onto my health site), popped my morning pills, run the daily virus scan (which was clear), made myself a drinking choccie and I'm currently charging up my FitBit.  Will I be able to re-start my laps when I've weighed myself after breakfast??  I've gotta remember to bring the rubbish and recycling containers in too.


I've got a lot of extra things to add to today's to-do list, so it's gonna be a busy day for me today.


This blog post is getting a bit long so I'm gonna publish it and try to get today's to-do list together before my first carer of the week arrives.
