Well, my internet connection died on me yesterday lunchtime and it's only just back now, so I'm all behind on everything.
It was good to see my mum, brother and his small family yesterday but I haven't slept yet so it's gonna be a loooooong, exhausting day for me!
I've taken my blood pressure which was, unsurprisingly, slightly raised (but still low), had my breakfast and popped my morning pills
My original FitBit is getting a bit of juice then I'm gonna make myself a well-deserved creamy hot choccie while I wait for my carer.
Time to put today's to-do list together now, methinks.
