Plan for tomorrow morning

  1. wake up (assuming I sleep tonight, obviously)
  2. come downstairs
  3. turn the water heating switch on in the bathroom
  4. take my blood pressure
  5. pop my morning pills
  6. have my breakfast of two yoghurts
  7. turn on my laptop
  8. run the daily virus scan
  9. put my blood pressure readings into the spreadsheet
  10. resize and upload my breakfast photo
  11. have my weekly bath
  12. pull the water heating switch off
  13. get dressed
  14. do my laps
  15. bring in 4 deliveries
  16. flake out until lunchtime
