Today (12th April 2025) I'm grateful for...

...having a packet of biccies in the kitchen so that I could increase my calorie count after all today.


I'm underweight again now so unless tomorrow's lunch pumps my weight up by at least 100g in less than 12 hours, it'll be a week of no laps and all the calories I can get into me.
