My first proper breakfast for 6 days was at 3am today and was 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and 'Buttery' spread with a 300ml bottle of Multivitamin Multifruit juice and a pre-breakfast 400ml mug of black decaff coffee.
I'm nicely not hungry for the first time this week so I'll hopefully be able to avoid snacking on chocolate until my lunchtime instant soup.
