For my lunch today I had the leftovers from yesterday's Sunday roast which consisted of 2 servings of a vegetarian family roast, French beans and 4½ servings of roast potatoes cooked in vegetable oil with a 500ml glass of water and I'm totally stuffed now and soooooo glad I didn't have anything solid this morning, just a couple of decaff coffees.
