I've decided that...

...both tomorrow's breakfast and lunch will be oodles of fruit.


I finished off the loaf of bread for breakfast this morning and I know my OCD won't like me starting a new loaf on a Sunday when it's perfectly possible to do it on Monday to make counting the slices and days easier for me.


I'm also gonna have more fruit for lunch to get some more goodness into me.  I started the box of sausage rolls for lunch and the bag of hash browns yesterday (I think) so my OCD will leave me alone at lunchtime 'cos the box and bag are already started.


Now that I'm getting an OddBox every 2 weeks I wanna get my body used to the natural goodness of fruit again instead of relying so heavily on supplements like I have done for the last 25 years.  I'm alone now so the only decisions that affect me are my own and I've decided to get more fruit and eventually veg into me.


I've got some air fryer liners and hopefully 3-4 bags of frozen veggies to go in them on Tuesday. I don't want it to be a sudden shock to my belly in case it violently rejects it which I really don't want to happen, but this is the last stage of my plan now and I've got no excuse not to stick to it any more.


It'll be weird, in a good way, to see veggies on my plate every day starting from Tuesday hopefully!
