Goood morning all!

According to my FitBit I had under 7 hours of sleep overnight but I've woken up feeling OK, so that's alright.


I've taken my blood pressure which was still in my normal range, my 9 morning pills went down OK but I've gotta remember to refill my dosette box after lunch.  I've got 3 deliveries due today, starting from 7am so I'm gonna get my laps, sit-ups and crunches done at 5am so that I can recover before they potentially start arriving.  The daily virus scan found an advanced issue, so I'd best sort that out...


Gonna keep this short this morning and get today's to-do list up.
