Well, I managed just over 7 hours of sleep, so that's not too bad.
So far this morning I've been very forgetful - first I forgot to bring my bum bag downstairs, then I forgot to bring my clothes down, then I forgot to take my 5-HTP, then I forgot to take my blood pressure, then I forgot about the weekly virus scan, so I'm about an hour behind myself already and the day has only just started!
Gonna get today's to-do list together, then get washed and changed, then have my breakfast, by which time I'm hoping the weekly virus scan will have finished so that I can start the backups off while I'm doing my laps, sit-ups and crunches.
