Well, according to my FitBit, I was asleep for 8 hours and 43 minutes overnight and oh boy did I deserve it!
So far this morning I've pulled the water heating switch on in the bathroom, taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, run the daily virus scan, put the towels in the bathroom ready for my shower and plugged my watch in to charge up. Bath time is 4.35am this week and I've gotta remember to do my exercises too.
Time to get today's to-do list together then go and have my shower now methinks.
