Today's (12th March 2026) breakfast photo

I had a very healthy breakfast today - a 500ml glass of water at 4.21am to take my morning pills with, then my full day's fruit portions for my 'official' breakfast at 7.50am of 2 bananas, 2 packets of apple and grapes and a 250ml bottle of Tropical juice and I feel a lot better already!
