Today is gonna be a thoroughly exhausting day because I woke up 3 times in 4 hours to go for emergency wee's and I've been for another 3 in the hour that I've been awake... oh joy.
I've taken my blood pressure which was in my normal range, popped my 11 morning pills, got washed and dressed and run the daily virus scan, so I'm all set to do my morning laps now, then I'll have my breakfast and wait for M to come for the doorbell.
My hayfever season has officially started today 'cos my eyes are itchy, my nose is streaming and my throat is scratchy.
Be back after I've been for my 4th wee in an hour and a half and done my morning laps. Definitely a caffeine morning this morning methinks.
